Execution

A successful test was carried out by the University of Vienna on 110 participants aged between 31 and 76 years. The main markers for DNA damage, telomere length and cell energy were measured of each participant at the start of the study. Telomeres

The focus of the timeblock study by Dr. Haslberger are the end pieces of the chromosomes, called the telomeres. These are the protective caps of the DNA. With each cell division, the telomere decline. This process continues until the cell can no longer divide and then dies. With increasing age this process is accelerated in the body, therefore the biological age can be determined based on the length of the telomeres. In other words: the longer the telomeres, the younger the cell and thus the human being.
