How do I find my desired product?

We have integrated a search function in the top navigation line. Enter your search term and click “enter”. This way, you can easily find your desired product.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, you do not need a customer account to be able to buy from our Online Store. We also offer to order as a guest. To do this, simply fill out your information as a guest and follow the ordering process.

We recommend that you create a customer account in order to save time, to have a simple overview and to always find your correct products.

What payment options do I have?

You are able to choose from the following payment options:

PayPal

After your order, you can conveniently pay via the online payment system PayPal. You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website and can pay safely.

Credit Card

After your order, you can conveniently and safely pay directly with your MasterCard or VISA credit card.

Payment in advance

After receiving your invoice by E-Mail or postal mail, you are able to transfer easily. Please always include your order number as your reference. Your order will be delivered to you immediately as soon as we received the payment.

Where is my current order?

You will receive a confirmation E-Mail from us including your personal DHL shipment number.

How can I change my order?

If you have not yet paid, you can send changes regarding your order to us via E-Mail within one hour after placing the order. Please feel free to contact our customer service at: info@beautyhealthbalance.com.

After payment, a change is unfortunately no longer possible. We recommend to cancel the wrongly placed order and then place a new order. The invoice amount that has already been paid will be refunded to you immediately in the same way.

How can I cancel my order?

What can I do if my desired item is already sold out?

Are international orders also possible?

We are also happy to deliver outside of Germany, since beauty shouldn’t know any borders. However, please note that the international customs regulations and international shipping costs may increase the invoice price accordingly. BEAUTY HEALTH BALANCE is not responsible for any custom fees or local taxes due to international shipping. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s regulations, as payment of these taxes may be required to release your orders. Special consideration for orders to Switzerland and UK.

How long can you take timeblock® VITAL AGING NUTRITION for?

timeblock® VITAL AGING NUTRITION can be taken permanently in order to keep the vitamin and mineral intake for your body constant and to stop the aging process in the long term.
