Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this online purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The prerequisite for this is that the goods are returned in perfect condition and in undamaged original packaging. Unsealed products are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene and safety reasons.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party known to you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we have to reimburse all payments that we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this online purchase contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that has been used in the original transaction. You will receive a refund as soon as we have received back the undamaged and unused goods.
You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you sent the goods before the 14 day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of the insured return of the goods.
You are only liable for partial / total deterioration of the goods if the damage has been caused by your handling of the shipment.
The right of withdrawal in distance selling contracts does not exist:
- When shipping goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which a personal choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the individual wishes of the consumer.
- When shipping goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed quickly.
The right of withdrawal in distance selling contracts expires prematurely:
- When sending sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after shipping.
- If the dispatched goods have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
